Conscious Connected Breathwork

Sometimes we can spend so much time managing life, meeting expectations and looking after everyone else that we lose touch with what we need ourselves.

Conscious Connected Breathwork offers an opportunity to pause, breathe and create space for whatever is ready to be acknowledged, processed or released.

This isn't about becoming someone different.

It's about reconnecting with who you already are beneath all of that noise.

What is conscious connected breathwork?

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a guided breathing practice that uses a continuous circular breathing pattern to help create greater awareness of your thoughts, emotions and physical sensations.

Each session is unique and there is no right or wrong way to experience it. Some people experience deep relaxation, emotional release, clarity, insight or a stronger connection to themselves. We welcome whatever is present.

The breath becomes a tool for exploring what may be sitting beneath the surface and creating space for greater presence and self-understanding.

Who is it for?

The beauty about breathwork is it's accessibility. We can all benefit from breathwork in one way or another.

Breathwork may be supportive if you're feeling:

  • Overwhelmed or emotionally exhausted

  • Stressed, anxious or carrying tension

  • Disconnected from yourself

  • Stuck in your head and struggling to switch off

  • Ready to explore yourself on a deeper level

  • Looking for a supportive space to process emotions

  • Curious about developing greater self-awareness and inner connection

You don't need previous experience.

You simply need a willingness to show up for yourself and see what emerges, I will support you every step of the way.
