Terms of Service
These Terms of Service outline the terms and conditions that apply to the provision of my professional services, including therapy sessions, products, and programs. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or using my services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree, please refrain from booking or purchasing.
1. Free Initial Consultation
You may be offered a free 30-minute online consultation. This is a preliminary conversation to assess your needs, explain Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), and determine its suitability for your goals. No therapy will be provided during this consultation.
2. Booking and Payment
Payment Policy: Full payment must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to confirm your booking.
Refunds for Sessions: No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the session. Refunds for attended sessions or unsuccessful outcomes are not provided, as fees cover professional time and expertise, not guaranteed results.
Package Refunds: If you discontinue a package or program, a pro-rata refund will be calculated after deducting the full standard session fee for sessions attended.
Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card or bank transfer.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice via email or phone.
Failure to provide notice within this timeframe will result in the session fee being forfeited.
4. Attendance and Standards of Behaviour
Please be punctual for your sessions. If you are late, I will do my best to provide a full session, but this cannot be guaranteed.
You agree not to attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
Violent, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of the session without a refund, and I may refuse to see you for future appointments.
5. Hypnotherapy Recordings
Hypnotherapy recordings provided are for your personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or distributed.
Do not listen to recordings while driving, operating machinery, or engaging in activities requiring concentration.
6. Medical or Psychological Conditions
I may ask questions about your medical history to ensure therapy is suitable for you. If you are under medical or psychological care, I may require permission from your GP or healthcare provider before proceeding with therapy.
I cannot provide services to individuals with epilepsy or any form of psychosis.
7. Confidentiality
Your privacy and confidentiality are paramount. All sessions, communications, and notes are confidential, except in the following circumstances:
You provide explicit consent for information to be shared.
I am required by law or court order to disclose information.
There is a risk of harm to yourself or others, including cases involving minors or vulnerable adults.
Limited details may be shared with a professional supervisor to ensure best practice, but your identity will remain anonymous unless you give permission otherwise.

8. Outcome of Sessions
Results may vary, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed. Therapy is a collaborative process requiring your active participation.
Your commitment, including following therapeutic suggestions and listening to recordings, is crucial to achieving the best results.
9. Liability
I am not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of my services.
You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims or liabilities resulting from your participation in therapy or use of provided materials.
10. Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in my services or programs.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
12. Updates to Terms of Service
These terms may be updated periodically without notice. Please review them regularly to stay informed.
