Hello, I’m Jasmine.
I’m a Rapid Transformational Clinical Hypnotherapist and trainee Breathwork Therapist, offering online and in-person sessions from Revival Wellbeing in Thurso, in the Scottish Highlands.
I support people whose nervous systems are overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or burnout to feel safe and regulated in their body again. I offer RTT and breathwork as separate practices, so each session is gentle, focused, and tailored to your needs. Whether through calming the mind or supporting the body to release stored stress, my work helps you move out of survival mode and into a steadier, more grounded way of being.

Conscious connected breathing is a guided breathwork practice that uses a continuous, rhythmic breathing pattern, without pauses between the inhale and exhale, to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deeper self-awareness.
By consciously connecting the breath, the body is gently supported to move out of chronic stress and survival mode. This can help release stored tension and emotions, calm the nervous system, and create a sense of safety, grounding, and clarity.
Each session is held in a safe, supportive space and guided at a pace that respects your individual nervous system. You remain in control throughout, and the experience is always tailored to what feels comfortable and appropriate for you.
What to expect in a session:
You’ll be guided through the breathing process in a calm, supportive environment. Sessions are focused on nervous system regulation and emotional safety, and you’re encouraged to listen to your body at all times. No prior experience with breathwork is needed.

The best word I can use to describe my experience with Jasmine really is transformative. The difference after one session was incredible - from feeling so held back by my own self doubt to understanding where this has come from and being given the tools to manage it, I can honestly say day to day life feels a bit brighter. I feel so much more confident going into everything I’m doing, and if old habits slip I have the tools now to help with tackling challenges head on. Jasmine makes you feel so comfortable, she is completely non-judgmental and is so open and friendly - I felt so comfortable sharing everything with her. I can’t recommend Jasmine and RTT enough!
Jasmine has literally changed my life. I've tried therapy before but never clicked with the person I had sessions with. I felt so at ease with Jasmine and felt comfortable to share intimate information with her. It was the first time I tried RTT so didn't really know what to expect but Jasmine talked me through everything and reassured me when I felt unsure with what I was doing. From the initial session, I felt I got such a good insight to why I thought and behaved the way I did. The daily tape recording has helped me build so much more confidence in areas of my life that was impacting my happiness. Situations that would really affect me in the past, barely bother me anymore. I honestly can't recommend Jasmine enough!!
I had an RTT session with Jasmine last month and I can hand on heart say what a positive experience. Jasmine is so friendly and easy to talk to, she instantly puts you at ease. The session itself was emotional and quite tiring but very positive and interesting to learn where a lot of my anxiety and negative thoughts stem from. I’m now able to navigate these easier and able to turn my thoughts into much more positive ones which in day to day life has made such a difference. I feel clearer and have more of a spring in my step. Thank you so much Jasmine.
My experience working with Jasmine has been such a positive influence on the way I see myself and think about myself. Jasmine focused on working on the issues I thought were affecting me the most and it’s been amazing the difference I have noticed in myself in the last 4 weeks. I have never tried any forms of therapy before but I definitely recommend RTT to anyone wanting to try something new to focus on helping themselves.
I did Hypnotherapy / therapy with Jasmine recently and can say it was amazing. A lot more in depth, opening than I imagined in a very positive way for me. I found Jasmine amazing to work with, she is so calming of a person which made the experience even better. My recording helped me navigate through the coming weeks after and I will definitely keep it to listen to when I need the extra help through more difficult head spaces! Jasmine made me feel so comfortable and was relaxed throughout my treatment. And I feel so much better after my therapy.
I have gained the ability to rationalise the negative thoughts. And there are less of them as the noise in my head has gone.
It has been life changing for me.

I feel I have new motivation and mood has improved and stress is no where near what it used to be, I would go as far as saying it has changed my life for the better.
