Hypnotherapy is a natural and gentle process that helps you enter a deeply relaxed, focused state, similar to daydreaming or the moments just before sleep. In this state, your mind becomes more open to positive suggestions and change.
You’ll be fully in control the entire time. You can’t get “stuck” in hypnosis, and you won’t do or say anything you don’t want to. Think of it as guided relaxation with a purpose: to help you let go of stress and reconnect with a calm, balanced version of yourself.
All you need to do is find a quiet space, get comfortable, and allow the words to wash over you. If your mind wanders, that’s okay. Just gently bring your focus back to the sound of my voice.

At the beginning, I’d like you to begin by looking up, keeping your head level, and focu your gaze gently on a point above you, just between your eyebrows. Whilst keeping your eyes looking up, allow your eyelids to close down. You may feel a slight fluttering as you do this; that’s a sign we’re beginning to activate REM, the state where your mind becomes highly receptive.
If that feels uncomfortable or tricky, that’s absolutely fine. Just close your eyes and allow your eyeballs to roll up slightly beneath your closed lids. Either way, you're doing it perfectly.
